B8Mates, developed by Neuriff Pty Ltd, respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your B8Mates account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Open the B8Mates app and sign in to your account.
Tap the dropdown menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select "Delete Account" from the menu.
Review the confirmation prompt and confirm that you wish to delete your account.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Download Your Data Before Deletion

Before deleting your account, you have the option to download a copy of your data. This option is available from the same dropdown menu — select "Download My Data" before proceeding with account deletion.

If you are unable to access the app or require assistance, you may contact our support team to request account deletion:

Please include the email address associated with your B8Mates account in your request. Our administrators will delete your account and all associated data upon verification.

What Data Is Deleted

Your profile information (name, bio, age, preferences, and all profile details)
All photos and videos you have uploaded
Your content, posts, and comments
Your connections, matches, and message history
Your location data and usage history
Your account credentials and login information

Data Retention

There is no retention period. Upon account deletion, all of your personal data — including uploaded images and videos — is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems. We do not retain any personal data after deletion, except where we are legally required to do so (for example, transaction records required for tax purposes).
