B8Mates Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of B8Mates (the "Service", "App", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using B8Mates, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

B8Mates is owned and developed by Neuriff Pty Ltd and is operated as a Neuriff service.

If you do not agree, do not use B8Mates.

You must be 18 years or older to use B8Mates.

You must provide truthful information (including your date of birth). If we suspect you are under 18 or have misrepresented your age, we may suspend or terminate your account, request age verification, and take other steps described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Age verification: We do not currently perform formal age verification for all users. We rely on self-declared date of birth and we monitor reports and signals for suspected under-18 use. If we reasonably believe you are under 18, we may suspend or terminate your account. We may introduce age verification in future.

B8Mates uses your location to find other users nearby. By enabling location features, you consent to us collecting and processing your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You control when your location is shared. We do not store your precise location history.

4.1 You must not use B8Mates to engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to soliciting or facilitating prostitution, distribution of illegal substances, or any act that violates local or international laws.

4.2 You are solely responsible for the content you post. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the legal right to share it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4.3 We are not responsible for user-generated content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any content posted by users.

4.4 Consent and respectful communication: You must respect consent. Do not send explicit content to someone who has not consented to receive it. Harassment, coercion, threats, and intimidation are prohibited.

4.5 Prohibited content: Do not post or share any content involving minors (users under 18), real or AI-generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM), illegal content, non-consensual imagery (real or AI-generated), or content that violates our Community Guidelines.

You must follow our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans at our sole discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may delete your account from the Settings menu. Upon deletion, your data will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

All B8Mates branding, design, and technology remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

B8Mates is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
